Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) to drive sales and enhance experience.
• Assist with front-end operations like returns, exchanges, and promotions while maintaining premiere stock and visuals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, support club fittings, and keep the Hard Goods area clean, organized, and well-presented.
