Dick’s Sporting Goods is seeking a tile shop associate who performs golf club repairs and fittings, and helps customers choose products based on needs. You will manage service flow, maintain inventory, and ensure timely turnaround while upholding company standards.

The role emphasizes customer focus and collaboration to deliver top service in-store, with opportunities to participate in programs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of club fitting, loft/lie adjustment and/or re-gripping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).
• Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50

Responsibilities

• Performs golf club repairs, including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
• Performs club fitting and club performance modifications with fitting equipment.
• Provides product and service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Manages workflow for all customer services and turnaround times.
• Promotes company programs and maintains inventory and shop organization.
