Job summary

Worldwide Golf Shops is seeking a Golf Sales Associate for our Scottsdale store. You will promote a welcoming store culture and help customers select the right golf equipment based on knowledge of products, demonstrations, and in-store data from simulators.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, stock management, and delivering top-notch customer service to drive sales in a fast-paced golf retail environment.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates considered).
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, inventory, internet and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf's values.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable golf equipment.
• Educate customers on product differences to aid informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data in-store.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising and keeping the sales floor organized.
