PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Part-time Retail Sale Associate for golf clubs in Scottsdale. You will engage customers in the Hard Goods areas, assist with club fitting, and support front-end operations like returns and promotions to deliver a premier customer experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining visual stock, demonstrating product knowledge, and collaborating with the team to drive sales while upholding safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, with good verbal and written abilities.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office familiarity.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Maintain Hard Goods areas with premiere stock and visual presentation.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting using PGA TOUR Superstore techniques.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and operational store environment.
• Stay up to date on merchandising promotions and events to maintain strong displays.
