Van's Golf Shops is seeking a Golf Sales Associate in Sun City, AZ. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, promoting golf products and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will use golf knowledge to advise customers, demonstrate equipment and contribute to a high-energy retail environment. The position offers part-time hours with opportunities for training and growth within Worldwide Golf’s family of brands.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates also considered).
• Proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend suitable golf equipment.
• Educate customers and help compare products for informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
• Reconcile merchandise availability and inventory, requisition stock as needed.
• Suggest process improvements after training.
