Job summary

Worldwide Golf is seeking a Golf Sales Associate for a part-time role at our Tampa store. You will promote our values, help customers choose golf equipment, and use launch monitor/golf simulator data to enhance the in-store experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, assisting with stock, and learning store processes. Prior golf industry experience is a plus, training provided, with base pay plus commission and a discount for all employees.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates considered with golf interest.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend golf equipment based on features and benefits.
• Educate customers on products and help compare differences to assist informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator data during in-store experience to aid customer decisions.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep sales floor organized to Worldwide Golf standards.
• Research merchandise availability and assist with stock, inventory, and requisitions.
