Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Hard Goods Associate to engage customers in the Simulator, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories areas, driving sales and delivering a premier customer experience. You will assist with front-end operations, demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, and support club fittings while keeping the store clean and well merchandised.

Flexibility in scheduling and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories).
• Support front-end operations including returns, exchanges, and promotions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fittings.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented, and operational Hard Goods area.
• Stay informed on merchandising promotions and lifecycles of promotions.
