Worldwide Golf Shops LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Golf Sales Associate to promote a store culture aligned with the “Sure No Problem” philosophy. You will build strong golf product knowledge, discuss promotions, and recommend equipment based on customer needs.

You’ll operate launch monitor and golf simulator data during in-store experiences, assist with merchandising, and help keep the floor organized. Golf knowledge is required; entry-level candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus; entry-level candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values.
• Maintain golf product knowledge, promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend golf equipment.
• Educate customers on golf products and help compare differences.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator during in-store experiences.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability via database; requisition merchandise and inventory as needed.
• Recognize and suggest process improvements after training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
