Edwin Watts Golf, part of Worldwide Golf, is hiring a Golf Sales Associate. You will promote our store culture, recommend golf equipment, and educate customers while using launch monitors and simulators to enhance the in-store experience.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, and assisting with training. Prior golf knowledge is required and industry experience is a plus; full-time position with benefits and employee discounts.

• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend golf equipment based on features and benefits.
• Educate customers and help them compare products to make informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experiences.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research stock availability and requisition merchandise from the stockroom when needed.
• Assist with training and continuously look for process improvements.

Responsibilities include:Maintain an awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer.Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experienceAssist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store.
