Edwin Watts Golf, part of Worldwide Golf, is hiring a Golf Sales Associate in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on promoting a store culture aligned with the company’s values and helping customers select the right golf equipment.

You will operate launch monitors and simulators, assist with merchandising, and learn internal processes to improve efficiency. A passion for golf and customer service is essential for success.

• Maintain awareness of golf product knowledge, terminology, promotions and demo merchandise.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and recommend the right equipment.
• Educate customers on golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise and track stock.
• Once fully trained, suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities include:Maintain an awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer.Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experienceAssist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store.
