Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative (Cashier) to deliver a first-class checkout experience and promote store promotions. The role supports a diverse customer base and upholds the company’s Customer First philosophy.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of cash handling or customer service, can stand long hours, and are flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time benefits apply from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
• Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great checkout experience and follow all related operational processes.
• Be knowledgeable about store programs and promotions and act as a front-line brand ambassador.
