Job summary

Eagle Ridge Golf Club is seeking a Pro-shop Attendant to promote the game and deliver the Three Steps of Service to Members and guests. You will support merchandise, handle shop operations, and keep the golf shop organized.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate checkout, tee-time handling, inventory control, and collaboration with the Head Golf Professional and Tournament Coordinators. The position is flexible, part-time or full-time, based on club needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Basic golf knowledge required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and friendly customer service in the pro shop and manage check-ins and cash handling.
• Respond to inquiries and book tee-times for members and guests in person and by phone.
• Manage inventory, organize storage and display areas, and process merchandise orders.
• Marshaling, starting and coordinating outside services as needed.
• Provide shop assistance to the Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators.
