Job summary

PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HILLTOP LAKES is seeking a friendly Golf Pro Shop Attendant to support daily operations in the pro shop and clubhouse. You will assist guests with reservations, merchandise sales, golf cart rentals, and general inquiries, keeping the shop clean and welcoming.

The role emphasizes outstanding service, accurate cash handling, and teamwork under supervision, with opportunities to engage golfers and maintain inventory, displays, and course information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Minimum six months of customer service and/or clerical experience.
• Valid driver's license and basic cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to golfers, guests, and visitors.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and manage tee times and golf course reservations.
• Collect and accurately record daily green fees and other golf-related revenues.
• Process merchandise sales and maintain point-of-sale transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile daily deposits and cash handling activities.
• Coordinate golf cart rentals and monitor cart usage.
• Assist customers with golf-related information, course policies, and pro shop services.
• Maintain inventory displays and ensure merchandise areas are organized and presentable.
• Perform routine housekeeping and custodial duties to maintain the cleanliness of the pro shop, clubhouse, and surrounding areas.
