Job summary

Double JJ Resort in Rothbury, MI is seeking a friendly Pro Shop Associate to provide exceptional guest service, answer calls, schedule tee times, and assist with merchandise and equipment.

You will help maintain the driving range and golf cart fleet, handle cash and card transactions, operate a moderately complex computer system, and support Golf Pro/Manager with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to deal with internal and external customers.
• Basic math, reading, writing and computer skills required.
• Capable of handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Able to count cash drawer at day end reliably.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Golf experience and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls with a positive clear voice and assist guests.
• Answer questions about resort facilities and directions; schedule tee times.
• Maintain the driving range (setup, tear down, balls) and inspect golf carts.
• Inspect rental equipment; assist with tournament/outing operations.
• Assist with pro shop duties, open/close, and support Golf Pro/Manager.
