Five Iron Golf in the United States seeks a General Manager of Performance to oversee golf operations, drive revenue across golf-specific offerings, and lead staff with a guest-centric approach. This leader will manage coaching and equipment proficiency while building community engagement and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong hospitality leadership, P&L accountability, and a passion for golf technology and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality, hotel, golf club, or sports management experience.
• Strong leadership and willingness to lead by example.
• Excellent communication, time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and train staff across shifts.
• Manage P&L for golf-specific and retail offerings; achieve revenue targets.
• Liaise with Director of Instruction to align coaching and revenue goals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and service standards.
