Job summary

GolfTRK Albuquerque is seeking a General Manager to lead all daily operations, drive membership growth, and develop instruction programs. You will partner with ownership to shape programming, leagues, and community partnerships while ensuring an engaging member experience.

This build-it role requires strong leadership, sales, and technology fluency, with an emphasis on service, events, and revenue growth in a cutting-edge indoor golf facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in golf, hospitality, retail, fitness, or related customer-facing operation.
• Proven sales and customer service in memberships or recurring revenue.
• Ability to build relationships and grow local customer community.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with TrackMan and PuttView technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facility operations and uphold GolfTRK standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop staff.
• Drive membership growth and revenue through tours, consultations, and events.
• Deliver instruction, fitting, and event income; recruit instructors if needed.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses; report performance to ownership.
