Job summary

Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Golf Professional to join a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property. The role offers exposure to golf operations, merchandising, and member/guest service under Troon’s global leadership.

You will support POS and tee time administration, assist with training, ensure smooth shop operations, and contribute to event preparation and outings. A minimum AA or related experience is required, with strong English and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (AA); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regularly stands, walks and sits. Occasionally climbs or balances; stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Frequently uses hands; reaches with hands and arms.
• Experience with computerized POS and tee time system; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assists in administering POS revisions and needs for green fee sales, merchandise sales, and member/guest billing.
• Reconciles daily tee sheets, handles check-ins and payments, and resolves discrepancies.
• Promotes all club golf activities and maintains a clean, well-stocked golf shop.
• Assists with procurement, merchandising, and shop merchandising tasks.
• Prepares for golf outings, including scorecards, labels, and pairing sheets.
• Assists with associate training and enforces safe work practices.
