Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Golf Operations Support role to assist with the daily operations of the pro shop and golf activities at our Naples, FL properties. You will work under the Head Golf Professional and coordinate with an outside service team to ensure seamless tee times, member events, and resort activities.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent guest relations, managing staff and inventory, and participating in golf schools and clinics to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Broad knowledge of golf operations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Understanding of merchandising and retail shop operations.
• Computer skills to include basic POS knowledge, Handicap and tournament software programs and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional Staff with management, staffing and daily operations duties.
• Under Head Golf Professional, perform limited teaching functions and assist with pro shop operations (booking tee times, charging members).
• Coordinate with outside service team for member and resort activities.
• Oversee daily operation of the pro shop and related golf course activities.
• Assist in setup and execution of member and resort group play.
• Maintain communications to outside service team and starters about tee sheets and changes.
