Job summary

Troon, at Lakewood Country Club in Naples, FL, seeks a Pro Shop Attendant to support cashiering, reservations, guest check-in, and inventory display. You will process payments in the POS and help maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates are friendly, coachable, with strong communication, basic computer skills, dependability, and a passion for golf. Golf knowledge is a plus; you’ll assist both inside and outside staff during peak times.

Qualifications

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be coachable and have basic computer skills.
Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic.
Knowledge about the game of golf preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform clerk/cashier like duties.
Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in.
Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
Collect green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and process in the POS system as trainer.
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe workplace.
Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
Ensure property and its amenities are secured daily.
Assist with set-up of equipment and golf carts.
