Job summary

Webbs Reserve Golf Club in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Professional to support members and guests while expanding knowledge of golf club operations under Troon’s management.

The role includes assisting POS and tee time systems, promoting club activities, maintaining the shop, coordinating outings, and training associates. AA degree or related experience preferred; strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• AA degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with computerized POS and tee time system.
• Regularly stands, walks and sits; may lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outdoor work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering POS revisions and related billing with Accounting.
• Reconcile daily tee sheets; process payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Promote club golf activities.
• Maintain a clean shop; assist merchandising and purchasing.
• Prepare for golf outings (scorecards, pairing sheets, etc.)
• Assist with associate training.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
