Job summary

Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Professional to contribute, learn, and grow in a fast-paced hospitality-focused environment.

You will assist with POS and tee time systems, promote club activities, maintain the shop, and participate in outings and training. A willingness to work varied shifts and meet attendance expectations is required.

Qualifications

• AA degree or six months to one year related experience.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with computerized POS and tee time system.
• Regularly stands, walks and sits; can lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in POS revisions for green fee, merchandise, and member/guest billing; coordinate policy updates with Accounting.
• Reconcile daily tee sheets, check-in, and collect payments; resolve discrepancies and track charges.
• Promote all club golf activities.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked golf shop and assist with merchandising.
• Prepare for golf outings: scorecards, sheets, pairing, and hole assignments.
• Assist with associate training.
• Incorporate safe work practices and ensure regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
