Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Outside Services team, including staff recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Monitor staff time reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with club policies.
• Assist golfers with bag loading, club cleaning, play preparation, etiquette guidance, and post-round support.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and functionality of outside service areas including the golf cart fleet, club storage, and practice facilities.
• Address maintenance needs or equipment issues to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff such as range attendants, marshals, and starters for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure outside service areas, pro-shop, practice areas, and cart staging zones are tidy and organized.
• Monitor timely completion of daily assignments including practice facility preparation, pro-shop stocking, and workspace maintenance.
• Assist others as needed and complete additional tasks assigned by management.
• Follow company, club, and department policies and procedures.
• Support and enforce policies while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Promote safe working practices and support team efficiency and club goals.
