Job summary

The King and Prince Golf Club is seeking an Outside Operations Supervisor to lead the daily outside service operation and create a welcoming, organized, and personalized experience for our members and visiting players.

This hands-on leadership role coordinates Cart Attendants, Bag Drop Attendants, Starters, Rangers, Practice Facility Attendants, and other Outside Operations team members while upholding service and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of experience in golf operations or related guest-service environment preferred.
• Supervisor or team lead experience preferred.
• Familiarity with golf terminology and pace-of-play preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to train, coach, delegate, and provide clear direction.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Outside Operations activities and team assignments.
• Maintain an active presence at bag drop, cart staging, practice facilities, first tee, and player arrival/departure areas.
• Train, coach, and support Outside Operations team members.
• Oversee golf cart preparation, staging, cleaning, charging, rotation, and storage.
• Coordinate golf bag handling, storage, preparation, and return.
• Ensure practice facilities are organized, stocked, and ready for play throughout the day.
• Support starters and rangers with first-tee organization, player flow, and pace-of-play expectations.
• Assist with tournaments, outings, member events, resort groups, and special golf activities.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation.
• Collaborate with Golf Shop, Course Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Sales, Events, and Resort Operations.
• Step into operational assignments as needed to support the team and deliver an exceptional golf experience.
