Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in golf operations or outside services.
• Proven leadership to train, motivate, and lead a service‑oriented team.
• Strong commitment to exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Knowledge of outside golf services and related maintenance.
• Clear verbal communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a 15–20 person outside services team, including cart attendants and range staff.
• Oversee all outside golf operations to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
• Maintain golf cart fleet and related equipment in optimal condition.
• Manage daily setup, maintenance, and breakdown of driving range and practice facilities.
• Assist with tournament and event setup and coordination with other departments.
• Monitor inventory and uniforms; coordinate with Merchandise Manager for orders.
• Design and implement SOPs for outside services and provide ongoing staff training.
• Collaborate with Head Golf Professional and Agronomy Team to ensure aligned operations.
