• Create memorable service moments for guests, groups, and local players with warmth and poise.
• Coach and motivate team members to uphold hospitality and operational standards.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory, and golf-shop performance.
• Support tournaments, outings, clinics, and events showcasing the resort's energy and hospitality.
