Job summary

The Grand seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations and member services at our championship course. Under the Head Golf Professional, you will assist in program planning, events, and customer service to deliver a Grand golf experience for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in golf, a valid AZ driver’s license, and are personable and service-oriented. Preferred PGA Level I and familiarity with POS and golf software.

Qualifications

2+ years in golf industry or equivalent experience with valid Arizona driver’s license.
PGA Level I preferred; familiarity with POS and golf handicap software.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining relations with men’s and women’s clubs and residents/visitors.
Support player development programs and tournament management.
Keep pro shop merchandised, stock inventory, and promote golf equipment and apparel.
Help manage pro shop and player assistant operations and staff.
Support equipment rental, check-in, fee collection, and course scheduling.
Post rates and hours, operate POS, and handle cash accurately.
Greet customers, provide exceptional service, and stay current with golf rules.
