Job summary

JDM Golf at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix seeks a part-time inside Golf Shop Assistant/Reservationist to deliver outstanding guest service, assist with check-in, tee time reservations, retail sales, and general golf operations in a friendly, organized shop environment.

You will handle tee-time bookings, answer questions about the course and club amenities, process transactions at POS, stock displays, and support events and daily operations.

Qualifications

Attending or graduating from High school / GED.
Minimum one (1) year of retail experience, preferably in a golf environment.
Previous experience in a customer-service-related position.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist golfing and non-golfing guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Check in guests for scheduled golf tee times and assist with daily golf operations.
Answer guest questions regarding the golf course, resort amenities, merchandise, services, and general property information.
Provide a high level of customer service to help create a positive guest experience.
Work collaboratively with other areas within the golf club to support the club operations.
