Job summary

The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix seeks a dynamic golf operations leader to manage daily shop, Outside Service, and event logistics. You will guide guests from arrival to departure with precision, energy, and a guest-first mindset, ensuring four-diamond service.

Bring 3+ years in golf or resort operations, strong leadership, and expertise with tee sheets, POS, and software. This role offers a hands-on, high-visibility environment and growth opportunities within a premier destination

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, recreation management, or a related field preferred.
At least three years of progressive experience in golf operations, hospitality, or resort operations.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Experience in a high-volume golf or resort environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct daily Golf Shop, Outside Service, Starter, Ranger, and Beverage Cart operations.
Serve as a highly visible leader on the operation floor, setting a confident standard for associates and guests.
Oversee the full guest journey—from arrival and check-in through pace of play, on-course service, and departure.
Monitor tee sheet activity, staffing levels, weather conditions, pace of play, and operational flow.
Coach, train, schedule, and develop associates while contributing to recruiting and onboarding.
Ensure carts, practice areas, and guest-facing spaces reflect four-diamond resort standards.
Coordinate golf reservations, groups, outings, tournaments, and post-event documentation.
Support revenue generation through tee sheet optimization, retail, and club rentals.
