• Support daily golf operations, ensuring an inviting, organized, and high-performing experience from arrival through departure.
• Provide visible leadership across the golf shop, player services, tee-time operations, tournaments, and on-course guest touchpoints.
• Create memorable service moments for resort guests, members, groups, and local players with genuine warmth and professional poise.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and motivating team members to uphold exceptional hospitality and operational standards.
• Help manage merchandise presentation, inventory, retail sales, and golf-shop performance with a sharp eye for detail.
• Support tournaments, outings, clinics, and special events that showcase the energy and hospitality of the resort.
• Partner closely with resort, food and beverage, grounds, and events teams to create a connected guest journey.
• Maintain strong knowledge of golf operations, pace-of-play practices, safety expectations, and service recovery techniques.
