Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf course operations and teaching skills.
• Experience scheduling events, tournaments, and tee times.
• Interest in entering PGA Apprentice Program; energetic and neat appearance.
• Ability to supervise and work as part of a team.
• Punctual, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
• Minimum one year in golf operations or related work.
• Two years of supervision and scheduling experience.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license; PGA rating/certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Golf and Golf Professional in course maintenance and cart fleet upkeep.
• Help schedule tournaments, lessons, camps, tee times, and starter operations.
• Oversee pro-shop merchandise display and sales.
• Operate cash register and generate sales reports.
• Participate in meetings and support golf operations as directed.
• Ensure safety and enforce company policies; assist with staff scheduling as needed.
