Job summary

City of Englewood's golf facility seeks a detail-oriented Golf Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across the Championship Course, Par 3, driving range, Pro Shop, and clubhouse. You will assist with inventory, merchandising, social media, marketing, leagues, and tournaments, while delivering excellent guest service.

Some evening/weekend coverage is required. This municipal role emphasizes teamwork with the General Manager and supervisory staff, focusing on procedures and guest

Qualifications

• Associate degree in recreation, business management, sports management, marketing, or related field.
• Two years of golf operations, recreation, hospitality, retail, or event coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with social media or marketing tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of golf operations is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the daily golf facility operations.
• Assist with Pro Shop and Outside Services during busy periods.
• Support implementation of established operational procedures and service standards.
• Help with facility opening and closing tasks as assigned.
• Provide limited operational coverage during evenings and weekends when scheduled.
