Job summary

The City of Englewood is seeking a Golf Operations Coordinator for Broken Tee Golf Course to manage administrative and operational support, inventory, social media, marketing campaigns, and league/tournament logistics. You will assist with program implementation and ensure smooth daily operations under the General Manager.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Recreation or Business Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field.
Two years of experience in golf operations, recreation, hospitality, retail, or event coordination preferred.
CPR, 1st Aid, and AED certifications must be obtained within an agreed-upon time.

Responsibilities

Assist supervisory staff with the daily operational needs of the golf facility.
Provide support to the Pro Shop and Outside Services operations during busy periods.
Assist with implementing established operational procedures and service standards.
Support facility opening and closing tasks as assigned.
Provide limited operational coverage during evenings and weekends when scheduled.
