Job summary

City of Englewood is seeking a Golf Course Leader to oversee all golf activities, facilities and events at Broken Tee and related venues. You will manage staff, budgets, and program delivery while aligning with city policies and guest experience goals.

The role requires 3 years in golf course leadership with supervisory experience, CPR/AED certification, and a Colorado driver’s license. Lead planning, procurement, and safety procedures across several facilities within an established budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years’ experience in golf course leadership with at least 2 years of customer service supervisory experience.
• CPR/AED certification and valid Colorado driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversees golf course activities, grounds, services, programs and events.
• Develops fee structures and monitors budget areas.
• Ensures staff compliance with city policies and financial practices.
• Hires, trains, schedules, and evaluates staff; plans staffing for facilities and programs.
• Oversees facility maintenance, security systems, and incident management.
• Drives marketing plans to increase participation and guest engagement.
• Participates in capital projects and liaises with project management teams.
