For more information about benefits click here.**What are the main duties?***For the full classification specification click* *here**.)** Assist with the daily operation of Timpanogos Golf Club, including customer service, tee sheet management, tournament administration, golf programming, staff management, player development initiatives and special events.* Plan, organize, promote, implement, and evaluate tournaments, leagues, clinics, junior golf programs, and other golf-related activities.* Coordinate tournaments and special events.* Assist with golf shop point-of-sale operations.* Develop promotional materials and marketing content for tournaments, programs, special events, and other golf opportunities.* Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, food and beverage management and supervising part-time staff and volunteers.* Ensure adherence to club policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.* Work collaboratively with golf maintenance, food and beverage, and other City staff to coordinate events and daily operations.* Evaluate programs and events and provide recommendations to improve participation, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.* Assist golfers, tournament organizers, sponsors, and the public as needed and perform other duties as assigned.**What are the minimum requirements?*** Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Professional Golf Management, Business Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, Marketing, or a closely related field; or an equivalent combination of job-related education and experience.* A valid, lawful Driver License is required.* Experience in golf operations, tournament administration, recreation programming, customer service, retail operations, or event management is preferred. **What is the selection process?**Applications will be reviewed in the order they are submitted, with the first screening being held on **November 9, 2026.** Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications listed above to be eligible for consideration.
