Job summary

JDM Golf is seeking a Front of House golf operations associate to support inside and outside operations, including merchandising, tournaments, check-in, cart and club rentals, and daily play. You will deliver high-quality service to members and guests and help coordinate golf events to ensure a smooth experience on the course.

The role requires high school or GED, with PGA Associate or Member status preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous golf operations experience preferred.
• PGA Associate or Member status preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests.
• Assist with tee times, reservations and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate golf events and tournaments to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with hotel staff on packages and guest services.
• Maintain operational checklists and support scheduling.
• Report safety issues and assist with incident documentation.
• Support other departments as needed and attend trainings.
