Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests at our club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintain clean work areas to ensure a seamless golf experience.

Reporting to the Supervisor Outside Services, you will help marshal carts, stock the pro shop area, and collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure first‑class service throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in golf or club environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing gear.
• Promote club events and amenities to enhance member experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and report issues to Golf Shop.
• Maintain clean, organized cart barn and surrounding areas.
• Set up practice areas and ensure equipment is stocked.
• Collaborate with golf ops staff to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily tasks while keeping area neat and stocked.
