Eastward Ho! Golf Club is seeking a seasonal, part-time Outside Golf Operations assistant to support daily operations and guest services. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include bag room, cart barn, practice areas, and caddie duties, with an emphasis on professional conduct and reliable service for members and guests throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional member and guest experience with high customer service.
• Be a visible and accessible front-line staff member to the membership.
• Perform daily operations in the bag room, cart barn, practice areas and staging area.
• Maintain a professional image and deliver consistent service across Golf Operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bag room, cart barn and practice areas on a daily basis.
• Caddie for Members and Guests as requested or scheduled.
• Open and close facilities and ensure carts and clubs are clean after rounds.
