Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver exceptional service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean, ready-for-play work areas.

You will promote club events and amenities, marshal carts, and collaborate with golf staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; knowledge of golf etiquette is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload golf bags, prep for play, and assist players.
• Promote club events and amenities to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal and track golf carts, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain cart barn, practice areas, and surrounding spaces in orderly condition.
• Assist with setting up practice areas and coordinating with other golf operations staff.
