Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will support the golf operations team with bag handling, cart prep, range duties, and keeping work areas clean and orderly.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading bags, helping golfers, promoting club events, and ensuring carts and the cart barn remain tidy and safe for daily use. This is an outdoor, on-site role requiring strong communication and golf knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags and preparing them for play, answering questions, and delivering clubs to cars as needed.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member/guest experience and ensure they enjoy all the amenities.
• Marshals carts in the staging area, assigns them to players, tracks usage, and ensures carts are cleaned and inspected for damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and exterior spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas, stocking equipment such as range balls for daily use.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure seamless service throughout the day.
• Complete daily assignments while keeping the Golf Shop organized and fully stocked.
