Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

The role includes staging and storing golf carts, ensuring they are ready for play and in good condition. You will help promote events and course conditions, support the golf operations team, and maintain the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication with members, guests and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and amenities to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and well maintained.
• Maintain cart barn, practice facilities and external spaces tidy and safe.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment and range balls.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments to meet club standards and keep areas stocked.
