Job summary

GOLFTEC Farmington seeks a Certified Personal Coach to join a national network of golf professionals. You will complete GTU training, teach with TECFIT Club Fitting, and design customized lesson plans to help students improve their swing and overall game.

We offer a $1,000 signing bonus, a base hourly rate with commissions and performance-based pay, and strong benefits in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Affiliation with the PGA/LPGA is a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University (GTU) training.
• Utilize technology to help players improve their game.
• Create and tailor lesson content for students of varying levels.
• Deliver GOLFTEC services (TEC FIT, outdoor lessons, short game).
• Foster an engaging experience inside and outside training bays.
• Maintain training center equipment and environment.
