Job summary

GOLFTEC Dayton seeks a Certified Personal Coach to join a nationwide team of golf professionals. You will complete GTU training, apply TECFIT, Optimotion and TECSWING to deliver data-driven coaching, and develop custom lesson plans for players of all levels.

You will graduate from GTU, teach with leading technology, and help maintain the center while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package. The role offers a base pay with commissions and a $1,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaboration in a professional, team-based environment.
• Graduation from a PGM program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GTU training program.
• Utilize technology to help players improve their game.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide services including TECFIT, outdoor playing lessons, and short game work.
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside bays.
• Use Optimotion and TECSWING teaching software.
• Maintain Training Center equipment and environment.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Uphold core values of Fun, Integrity, Improvement and Team.
