GOLFTEC Farmington is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a global network of golf professionals. You will train with GTU and use state-of-the-art technology to deliver personalized lesson plans and data-driven feedback.

The role emphasizes team success, ongoing education, and a focus on Be Good and Relentless Drive. The compensation includes base hourly pay, monthly commissions, and a signing bonus of 1,000 dollars, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch; lift 30+ lbs.
• Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University training program.
• Utilize technology to help people play better golf.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide services including TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor playing lessons, short game lessons, and more.
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Use TECFIT and TECSWING teaching software.
• Maintain Training Center environment and equipment.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions.
• Participate in continuing education (distance learning, seminars, etc.).
