GOLFTEC Farmington is hiring a Certified Personal Coach to join a team of golf professionals dedicated to helping players improve. You will complete GTU training and deliver lessons using the latest tech, including Optimotion and TECSWING, while developing custom lesson plans for varied skill levels.

The role offers a base hourly rate, monthly commissions, and a signing bonus of $1,000, with an estimated total compensation range of $55,000-$65,000 per year.

Formación

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation is a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Graduate from GTU training program and deliver coaching.
• Use technology to help players improve and build custom lesson plans.
• Provide TECFIT, outdoor, short game and other golf instruction services.
• Maintain a high-level training center experience and participate in ongoing education.
• Uphold company values and work as part of a team.
