Job summary

Five Iron Golf is seeking Golf Attendants to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service across its venues. You will guide guests through golf simulators, upsell offerings, and maintain a welcoming, clean environment.

The role is part-time, non-exempt, with morning and afternoon hours and a starting pay of $16 per hour plus tips. Health, disability, and retirement benefits are available for eligible employees as part of the company’s benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience encouraged but not required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests and ensure a fun experience.
• Check in with guests at bar and simulators to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide guests in choosing gameplay and explain data outputs from simulators.
• Assist with organizing golf bag storage and equipment; perform basic simulator maintenance.
• Learn and upsell services, lessons, leagues, and memberships.
• Provide engaging tours of the facility.
• Follow service scripts and upsell food and beverages.
• Operate POS terminals for orders and payments.
• Keep simulators and surrounding areas clean and guest-ready.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations; verify legal drinking age.
