Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Golf Guest Services Attendant. As the first and last touchpoint in our golf operations, you will deliver personalized service, assist guests with equipment, and help keep carts, staging areas, and practice zones pristine.

Reporting to the Assistant Golf Professional, the role offers flexibility for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a part-time schedule and hourly pay.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required with a clean driving record.
• Refined verbal communication skills are required.
• Must have an open and flexible schedule that includes: early morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be comfortable standing for the majority of an 8-10 hour shift.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including hot, humid, cold, windy and raining.
• Knowledgeable or an understanding of the game of golf a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Cart Barn and all related work areas in pristine condition.

The Golf Guest Services Attendant is pivotal in crafting an exceptional golf experience for our esteemed guests and members. As the initial and final point of contact within our golf operations, this role demands impeccable personalized service and name recognition, ensuring an unparalleled golfing journey. Additionally, the upkeep of carts, the bag drop, staging areas, practice zones, and surrounding grounds must meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
