Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Golf Guest Services Attendant to create an exceptional golf experience for guests and members. You will be the first and last point of contact in golf operations, requiring impeccable service, professional appearance, and keen guest recognition.

You will also assist with equipment movement, cleaning, and storage, maintain the Cart Barn and surrounding areas, and help optimize play on the course while delivering service across parking, staging,

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Open and flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift 25 pounds and stand for 8–10 hours.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Knowledge of golf is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn procedures and golf industry terminology.
• Assist guests with movement, cleaning, and storage of golf equipment.
• Maintain Cart Barn and related work areas in pristine condition.
• Facilitate and optimize play on the golf course.
• Provide exceptional service in parking, staging area, and driving range.
