Job summary

The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Golf Guest Services Attendant to deliver personalized service to guests and members, serving as the first and last point of contact on the golf operations team.

You will assist with transporting, cleaning, and storing golf equipment, while maintaining the Cart Barn and practice areas to the highest standards. You will also aid with course play, parking, and range operations, reporting to the Assistant Golf Professional.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Open and flexible schedule including: early morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts outdoors in varying weather.
• Knowledge of golf is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with movement, cleaning, and storage of golf equipment upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain the Cart Barn and related work areas in pristine condition.
• Provide exceptional service in the parking lot, staging area, and driving range.
• Facilitate and optimize play on the golf course.
• Support guest and member experience from arrival to departure; uphold highest standards of cleanliness.
