Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Golf Guest Services Attendant to deliver an exceptional golf experience for guests and members. You will be the face of our golf operation, maintaining pristine facilities and providing friendly, knowledge-based assistance at the Toptracer venue and around the course.

This role rotates through our normal operation and Toptracer Range and requires open availability on weekends and holidays.

• Assist guests with efficient movement throughout the facility.

• Maintain immaculate conditions in the Cart Barn and surrounding work areas.
• Facilitate smooth course play and optimize guest enjoyment.
• Proactively engage with guests at various touchpoints such as parking lots, staging areas, and driving ranges.
• Provide clear and engaging information about the Toptracer venue and gameplay features.

Role

As a Golf Guest Services Attendant, you are integral to delivering an exceptional golf experience for our guests and members. You'll be the face of our golf operation, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to superb service and personalized attention. From maintaining pristine facilities, create a welcoming and safe experience for Top Tracer guests, providing seamless assistance around the course, your role is key to fostering a memorable atmosphere.
