Job summary

PopStroke in Port Saint Lucie, FL, is seeking friendly team members for guest service roles at our venue. You will welcome guests, explain the venue, and assist with play while handling beverage service and retail transactions at the golf counter.

Qualifications

Experience in guest service, retail, or hospitality in high-volume settings is preferred.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
POS system experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and guest service skills are essential.
Strong teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property.
Explain venue, check guests in, and provide tools for play.
Serve beverages and assist guests with retail purchases.
Maintain the golf shop and keep it stocked and organized.
Ensure cleanliness of golf courses and shop areas, restrooms included.
Answer inquiries professionally and balance cash/credit transactions using POS.
Collaborate with team members to deliver a memorable guest experience.
Assist guests with gameplay, course rules, and the PopStroke app.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
